Returns
The return policies are stated underneath every product description. Most products are either final sale or returnable for store credit.
"Final Sale" Items
Every product on our site listed as "Final Sale" can't be returned. This is structured as such to maintain our substantial discounts and rates. Please check whether it is a "Final Sale" item prior to purchasing if you have any concerns about returning or exchanging.
Refundable For Store Credit
Every product listed as "Return for store credit" are refundable for store credit within 10 days of product delivery. A return label will be issued for free return shipping. When the product is received and reprocessed at our warehouse our team will issue the store credit. (see Contact Us if the credit is not issued within 2-3 weeks)
Damaged Packages
All orders that are received as damaged needs to be reported within 48 hours of package arrival. Products can be reported as damaged here, (make sure to include photos ). If the damages to the package are not reported within the 48 hour time span, your claim may not be honored. If no photos are submitted then the claim will not be honored. Additional circumstances may also exist to where your claim may not be honored. Keep in mind acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
