Shipping times may vary for several different reasons. Your purchases come from all over the world, and since this is the case they may depart from several different locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages. Only one shipping fee is charged per order! Free Shipping (Promotion Applicable)

Identify as Modern will sometimes run a free shipping promotion, If this applies to you it will be automatically generated on the checkout page and standard shipping rates won't apply.

 Sales Tax

Identify as Modern is required by law to collect sales tax in these states:

All sales tax appears on the checkout page.

Alaska & Hawaii (AK & HI)

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will add an additional $8.50 per order.

Canada

Shipping to Canada will add an additional $8.50 per order.

Shipping anywhere else then what is listed above will add an additional $25 -$75 depending on size of shipment and/or area of shipment. The fee will appear on the checkout page.

                                                                                                         

Undelivered Shipments

All packages returned to us by the carrier are not able to be reshipped out. Refunds will be issued to all shipments not delivered and you can choose to reprocess at that time. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address on the checkout page.

                                                                                                         

Order Processing

Every order is typically processed and shipped within 1-4 days depending if it's coming from our warehouse or one of our trusted suppliers. Once an order is shipped out you will get an order update sent directly to your email address that includes tracking updates.

                                                                                                         

Shipping Address Update

The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate delivery address.

                                                                                                         

Order Cancellation

Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and communication our warehouse and trusted suppliers begin working on your order right away.
