Customer Service Representative 

Job duties include:

  • Being Passionate about Identify as Modern's products and services
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm and eagerness to learn all aspects of customer service and order tracking/managing.
  • Submitting evidence of shipment for orders containing chargebacks to payment processors & paypal in a timely manner to win disputes
  • Responding to customer's emails, messages, and claims in a rapid rate. ( good average response time)
  • Position is Full Time, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

  • Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written english both via email and on the phones
  • Must be able to use a computer/labtop and know how to navigate through websites/browsers effectively
  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience preferred
